The Data & Analytics team for Personal Investor drives strategic decision making & is embarking on a critical transformation to drive D&A's vision of attaining a world class CX. Data and analytics are at the heart of activating this vision, enabling us to enhance the client experience, and improve and transform our suite of digital products. As an Analytics Manager within CX Alpha, you will play a critical role in leading a team of analysts responsible for delivering a portfolio of strategic projects that involve gathering data, experimentation, deep analysis using descriptive and predictive analytics techniques, visualizing data to deliver actionable insights, influencing business leaders using consultative skills and analytic storytelling. You will interact with a series of stakeholders within our Product, Technology, Finance, UX, Analytics and across the Personal Investor business to transform analytics insights into recommendations for new solutions that improve client investment outcomes for our investors.
