About The Position

We are hiring for a Manager Diagnostic Imaging position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK! Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, Monday-Friday, core business hours, 40 hours per week; with flexibility for occasional afterhours support per business needs. Under the general direction of the Regional Executive Director of Diagnostic Imaging, the Manager is responsible for the overall day to day (24/7) operation, planning, personnel, quality and management of the diagnostic imaging services of Anchorage facilities: Providence Alaska Medical Center (PAMC) , St. Elias specialty hospital, and Providence Family Medical Center (PFMC) clinical imaging services. Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology Training Program, ARDMS Program or MNTCB program
• Completion of an Associate's degree in Radiology
• Upon hire: National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists OR Upon hire: National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board OR Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography OR Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years of experience as a Registered Technologist or Sonographer
• 3 years of Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor or Lead experience in a multimodality facility

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration, or Radiology
• Upon hire: Subspecialty certifications
• 1 year of Diagnostic Imaging Manager experience in a multimodality facility

Responsibilities
