The Manager, Data Integrations - Sales Incentives Management & ICM will report to the Director, Strategy & ICM and will support data integrations and reconciliations from all source systems to our SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management system, including ownership of governance and controls. The role will support: • The strategic direction, operational efficiency, and roadmap for data integrations and integrity in support of the company's sales compensation, commissions, and variable pay programs. • SAP ICM Operations: Data interface integration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Data interface enablement, configuration, testing, and go-live execution. • Evaluation of data interfaces and/or system to system feeds for existing or potential acquisitions in support of sales incentive programs. • Maintain configuration integrity, documentation, and knowledge management across source and target systems. • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations (privacy, security, SOX where relevant), including access controls, role-based permissions, and audit readiness. • Establish governance for compensation and quota cycles (calendar, cutoffs, signoffs, exception handling, and post-cycle retrospectives). • Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure reliable interfaces across Workday, payroll, Oracle and Hyperion Financials, Salesforce, data lake/warehouse, and reporting tools.
