Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in data management, data governance, analytics, or the creation of enterprise digital systems.
• 8+ years of people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Strong understanding of data governance concepts, including data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, global enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, IWMS/CAFM systems, or real estate-related data domains.
• Strong understanding of Architectural or engineering best practices with an ability to influence BIM standards and guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams to operationalize governance through technology and platforms.
• Strong program management skills, including dependency management and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with data cataloging, data quality, master data management, or metadata management tools.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and execution.
• Track record of building trusted partnerships across business, technology, design, and analytics teams.
