Manager, Data Center Operations Accounting
About The Position
The operations accounting organization at CoreWeave performs operational accounting, control, reporting, and compliance for the critical AI infrastructure of our rapidly scaling AI cloud business. The team manages a variety of core accounting and reporting processes and controls globally and partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, FP&A, and other accounting teams to perform accounting and reporting for company’s compute and supporting assets. The group partners to develop and operationalize accounting and reporting processes to enable visibility, control, and confident decisions. The group collaborates with stakeholders to quickly find solutions to challenging problems to enable hyper growth. About the role: Manage internally labor capitalization processes supporting both internal software development and fit out of data centers. Prepare reporting and analysis on capital expenditures to inform senior leader and drive operational decisions.. Manage power accrual and data reporting processes. Enhance processes for scalability and greater automation. Collaborate with operational stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging issues.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ accounting and financial reporting experience with experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent) required
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA/CMA/CA) required
- Comfortable with large data sets and finding ways to simplify information
- Process- and data-driven with strong analytical judgment; proactive, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.

- NetSuite experience preferred.
