About The Position

As Facilities Manager supporting our Mechanical Facilities, you will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical mechanical systems supporting OCI data centers. This role owns mechanical maintenance execution, vendor performance, operational readiness, and technician leadership across cooling and HVAC infrastructure. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, pumps, etc and associated controls, ensuring uptime is protected and work is executed safely, consistently, and to Oracle standards. This role is focused on plant operations and service execution rather than long-range design authority. Responsibilities

Lead daily operations, maintenance, and service execution for critical mechanical and HVAC infrastructure.
Own mechanical plant readiness, including preventive maintenance, corrective work, inspections, and restoration activities.
Single POC as the technical lead for all mechanical systems, including incident escalation.
Manage technicians, contractors, and service vendors, ensuring strong safety performance, quality, documentation, and SLA adherence.
Drive troubleshooting and response for mechanical failures, abnormal conditions, and performance degradation impacting uptime.
Track and improve KPIs such as availability, backlog, MTTR, repeat failures, maintenance completion, and corrective action closure.
Partner with engineering, commissioning, and deployment teams on retrofits, upgrades, system turnover, and operational acceptance.
Lead or support root cause analysis for major or recurring issues and ensure corrective actions are fully implemented and sustained.
Maintain audit-ready records including procedures, service reports, maintenance history, turnover documentation, and CMMS data.
Champion safe work practices, environmental compliance, and disciplined process execution across all mechanical operations.
Coach and develop technicians and frontline leads to strengthen troubleshooting capability and execution consistency.
