About The Position

As Building Automation Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of building automation and operational technology systems that support OCI’s mission-critical data center facilities. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring BMS, controls, OT network, and related automation systems are reliable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with operational standards. You will manage engineers and technical partners supporting automation systems across one or more regions, while partnering closely with facilities operations, design, commissioning, construction, IT, and cybersecurity teams. This role is responsible for translating automation standards into executable programs, supporting major initiatives, improving operational consistency, and developing technical talent within the building automation function.
