Carrier is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Manager, Cyber Intelligence Program to lead and mature the Cyber Intelligence function within the Cyber Fusion Center (CFC). This individual contributor role serves as the program manager for enterprise cyber intelligence, responsible for establishing strategy, priorities, processes, partnerships, and capabilities that enable intelligence-driven risk reduction across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end intelligence lifecycle, ensuring intelligence activities align to business priorities, support operational decision-making, and deliver measurable security outcomes. This role will leverage artificial intelligence (AI), automation, advanced analytics, and intelligence tradecraft to modernize intelligence operations, improve efficiency, and accelerate the delivery of actionable intelligence products to stakeholders across the enterprise. The role acts as the primary liaison between intelligence analysts, security operations, incident response, insider risk, exposure management, engineering teams, business stakeholders, executive leadership, and external intelligence-sharing partners. This position must be based in the United States and requires U.S. citizenship to support intelligence coordination and investigative activities with U.S. Government partners.
