As a Manager, CX Technology, you will be responsible for the technology roadmap and delivery of our Loyalty capabilities across mobile and web channels. Working in partnership with global cross-functional teams, you will ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives, enabling seamless adoption across markets. This role is ideally located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
