In this role, you will be instrumental in leading a dedicated team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on mid-market clients. Your leadership will drive operational excellence and ensure the highest level of customer experience. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or consulting.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage scaled customer portfolios.
  • Experience driving retention and customer outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Success tooling.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Ethics & Compliance, Learning, or related SaaS environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Customer Success Managers.
  • Drive customer value realization and renewal readiness across the mid-market portfolio.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the Customer Success playbook.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Customer Success on standards and objectives.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or at-risk mid-market accounts.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to influence internal improvements.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to maintain a 90% GRR.
  • Use data to monitor customer health and team performance.
  • Reinforce a culture of accountability and customer-first decision-making.
