About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on enhancing the educational experience for mid-level schools and districts by ensuring they effectively utilize the platform to reduce teacher burnout and improve student learning outcomes. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing onboarding processes, and facilitating engaging training sessions. Through strategic intervention, you will help clients achieve their goals, securing renewals and driving deeper product adoption. Your work is crucial for fostering strong connections within the education community.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply creative problem-solving skills.
  • Empathetic communicator skilled in building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams influencing decision-making at the leadership level.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Background in customer success or account management within the Mid-Market segment.
  • Direct experience working in education or within an EdTech company is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure at least 90 percent of assigned portfolio adopts the platform into weekly workflow through effective onboarding and professional development.
  • Achieve a contract renewal rate of 90 percent or higher while maintaining a quarterly churn rate below 5 percent.
  • Drive a Net Revenue Retention rate of at least 110 percent annually by finding expansion opportunities and increasing account revenue by 15 percent year over year.
  • Monitor school health data to triage underperforming accounts and implement specific intervention programs.
  • Build strong relationships with teachers and administrators to gain buy-in from key decision-makers.
