This position focuses exclusively on managing existing accounts — no hunting, no outbound prospecting. The goal is to nurture, retain, and expand current client relationships. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their telecommunications needs and identify how AireSpring’s solutions can best support their business. Because this role involves complex telecom products and services, experience working at a telecom carrier or telecom service provider is essential. You will oversee all aspects of the client relationship, from resolving daily operational challenges to identifying expansion opportunities within your accounts.
