About The Position

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is a family-owned independent Coca-Cola bottler that is the third largest privately-held and the sixth largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. Coke Florida sells, markets, manufactures and distributes over 600 products of The Coca-Cola Company and other partner companies including Monster Beverage Corporation and BODYARMOR. In 2025, for the 4th year in a row, Coke Florida was named as a US Best Managed Company by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal. Coke Florida is looking for a Customer Sales Manager based out of our St Petersburg location.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • At least 3 years of consumer goods industry experience, preferably in a sales role
  • Experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data
  • Proficient in computer application skills
  • Ability to use and understand mobile applications
  • Ability to work variable schedule, potential weekends, and holidays
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by company
  • Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years
  • Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
  • Frequent lifting of 25+ pounds.
  • Occasional lifting of 50+pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling
  • Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print
  • Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday
  • Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and/or Beverage category experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Writing, Inquiring)

  • Consumer Goods and Beverage Industry knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and sell to Market Manager and store level decision makers
  • Communicate effectively with multiple levels of the customer’s organization
  • Collaborate with internal Business Partners (Customer Account Managers, Supply Chain, Sales Execution Team) to support the development of programming that will accelerate incremental business and exceed program objectives; where applicable
  • Conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of for your designated customer area and provide feedback to leader on market trends
  • Sell-in and implement local, regional, and national marketing programs
  • Build frontline engagement with your customer
  • Sell in look of success to customer and measure marketplace execution
  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects
  • Build customer and selling capabilities within field organization
