As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business. The Customer Program Manager II is responsible for orchestrating all program activities by continuously providing effective leadership in the areas of administration, infrastructure, and the development of efficiencies, process improvements, and personnel in support of a Just-in-Time (JIT) environment. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring streamlined operations, facility organization, and competent personnel while supporting internal and external partnerships. The Program Manager II fosters an atmosphere of trust, engagement, and accountability through clear communication of individual and team responsibilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in supply chain, inventory management, distribution, operations, or program management environments.
  • Previous management and/or supervisory experience required, with demonstrated ability to train, coach, mentor, and motivate employees to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and effectively negotiate while maintaining focus on business profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong process management and continuous improvement experience, particularly within Just-in-Time (JIT) contract environments.
  • Incora product and service knowledge is required.
  • Extensive experience utilizing integrated database systems and business software applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
  • Experience managing budgets, labor planning, inventory controls, and operational performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Expert understanding of Incora's supply chain management and distribution processes and philosophy.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems and their application within product distribution environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workflow, inventory, productivity, and labor data to drive profitable business outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead change and implement operational improvements successfully.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously promote and maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers to achieve optimal market exposure, ensuring all opportunities to provide value-added services are actively pursued and negotiated.
  • Direct all program operations, including inventory and stocking strategies, to maintain optimal inventory levels supporting JIT contract requirements.
  • Manage and maintain budgetary compliance and recommend annual budget adjustments as needed.
  • Plan, direct, and prioritize facility workflow along with Project and Life Cycle strategies to ensure a consistent and timely flow of inventory in accordance with customer requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Manage department staff to ensure a high level of customer service, promote teamwork, and guide employees toward achieving established goals and objectives.
  • Lead by example and provide strong managerial support and guidance to facility teams through clear work instructions, policies, procedures, and administrative direction.
  • Coordinate and ensure team members have access to current program information, technical resources, equipment, and tools necessary to perform their duties efficiently and accurately.
  • Implement, oversee, and document training related to AS9100 requirements, Quality Work Instructions, process improvements, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Promote employee engagement in continuous improvement initiatives by facilitating discussions regarding program strengths, deficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Investigate and resolve communication breakdowns and process deficiencies promptly, implementing corrective actions and retraining where necessary to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure compliance with customer onsite policies and procedures, as applicable, in addition to Incora policies and procedures.
  • Conduct supervisor performance evaluations, where applicable, or monitor evaluations performed by supervisors. Identify coaching and development opportunities and approve wage adjustments and promotions within budget guidelines and compensation policies.
  • Create, compile, and analyze workflow, time, labor, and operational reports to identify opportunities for organizational and process improvements while ensuring current and future commitments are met.
  • Manage, coordinate, or assign responsibility for facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, real estate maintenance activities, site security, and overall facility organization and cleanliness.
  • Attend company-sponsored meetings, leadership development programs, and management training sessions as required.
