Nestlé Out of Home is seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager (CAM) dedicated to the Cruise Channel, responsible for managing, growing, and retaining strategic partnerships with major cruise line operators. This role is intentionally specialized and requires explicit experience working with or for cruise lines, including a deep understanding of cruise line operating models, onboard food & beverage programs, guest experience standards, and port-side logistics. The CAM will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned cruise accounts, leading national agreements, joint business planning, program execution, and long-term growth strategies across Nestlé’s Out of Home beverage and solutions portfolio. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong executive presence, commercial rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly complex, fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
