Reporting to the Director, Client Operations, this role is a Leadership role that supports the training department with the construction and development of courses for both online and face-to-face delivery. Training may be delivered both internally and externally to students, staff, clients, stakeholders, etc. The Curriculum and Instructional Manager will be responsible for the quality of instruction and curriculum for all Women Building Futures programs. This is a full-time permanent hybrid position, with expectation to be present at the Edmonton Training Centre as needed.
