This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027. The Manager, CRM Applications is responsible for the overall technology leadership and management of Graco’s customer enablement application portfolio, including Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, B2B Marketing Cloud, and other enterprise platforms. This position leads a high-performing team of product owners, architects, developers, and administrators, and is accountable for the full application lifecycle, from strategy and prioritization through design, delivery, integration, release management, and ongoing operations. As the primary IT leader and strategic partner to business leaders across Sales, Service, and Marketing, this position ensures CRM platforms deliver measurable business value, scale globally, and align with enterprise architecture and security standards. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, influence, and clear communication at all levels of the organization.
