It also includes staffing forecasts, training and leave coordination, crew scheduling personnel management, compliance and recordkeeping, performance reporting, budget management, and process improvement. The manager supports safety-management activities and may perform other responsibilities based on business needs. Availability outside normal business hours—including nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating on-call duty—is required, particularly during irregular operations. Occasional travel of less than 10% may be required. Occasional exposure to outside weather, including wet, humid, hot, or cold conditions, and loud noise when working outside the office is described.
