We are now working toward our goal of providing more choice for consumers and a premium, better-than-linear TV brand experience for advertisers. That said, we are looking for the founding members of this new business area for Netflix! The Creative & Policy DSE team design, develop, and operate algorithms governing creative understanding and policy enforcement. We focus on using Machine Learning & AI to auto-review creatives, assign attributes, and enforce policy restrictions. Your team is also responsible for extracting insights from Creative data and providing guidance to the business, both strategically and operationally. You are expected to build and lead a strong team with ML/AI and analytical talents, partner closely with Product & Engineering, and operate in a 0 - 1 space with high ambiguity.
