Position Summary... This Manager, Creative role is for an individual contributor responsible for driving high‑quality packaging design execution across Walmart Brands within it’s Home categories. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and fellow peers to deliver packaging that is brand‑right, compliant, customer‑clear and production‑ready. The role is highly collaborative and broad in scope — leading through influence to elevate creative quality, strengthen consistency and improve standards and ways of working. What you'll do... What You’ll Do Own packaging design execution from handoff through to final, print‑ready release approvals across our Seasonal categories Create, edit, and prepare packaging production files using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to packaging and brand standards Review supplier‑created artwork and provide clear, actionable feedback to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, packaging standards and production requirements Evaluate proofs and provide feedback to ensure brand standards, quality, color and production readiness Partner cross‑functionally with Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, Legal and Merchandising to support delivery of on-time packaging with regulatory accuracy and production feasibility Collaborate with the Structural Packaging team when format improvements are identified or when dielines present risks/issues; help troubleshoot and resolve dieline‑related concerns Partner with the Photography team to define image crop areas and provide suggested guidance when needed to help support consistent imagery across packaging formats Manage multiple packaging workstreams simultaneously, balancing speed and accuracy while meeting timelines and business priorities Identify risks, quality issues and execution gaps; proactively drive resolution through the appropriate partners Contribute to continuous improvement of packaging processes, templates, tools and prepress standards Support onboarding and knowledge sharing by modeling strong packaging execution and collaborative ways of working What You’ll Bring Experience in packaging design within a production, retail and/or regulated environment Strong understanding of packaging execution, print production, prepress considerations, and artwork review/approval workflows Experience working with supplier‑created artwork and navigating feedback cycles to final, production‑ready files. Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, structural, and production partners; comfortable influencing without direct authority Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. High attention to detail with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset Clear written and verbal communication skills
