About The Position

To execute and lead a creative vision to support Baptist Health‘s marketing communication initiatives, concepting and executing campaigns, managing the work of a graphic design and creative services team across multi-media executions and digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• At least seven years of relevant experience supported by strong portfolio
• Demonstrated proficiency in executing concepts across multiple media platforms, including video, online, print, and dimensional formats
• Working knowledge of developing original photography (assignment and art direction) and illustration (assignment and art direction)
• Proven successful background managing and mentoring a team of designers, copywriters, and production staff
• Strong visual point-of-view for the current state and future state of marketing communications
• Maintains demonstrated competency in the use of AI tools to enhance work quality, productivity, and efficiency; appropriately incorporates AI into daily responsibilities while exercising required human judgment, oversight, and adherence to all Baptist Health standards and policies
• Minimum Required Experience: 7 Years
