About The Position

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Manager, Corporate Sales to the Sales & Success team. We are seeking a collaborative and thoughtful sales leader to oversee a team of Account Executives on our expanding Corporate sales team. Our Corporate Account Executives are focused on generating new business from top companies in consumer goods, retail, hospitality, technology, non-profits, and financial services. Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • A consistent and measurable track record of success that you can easily speak to and highlight – both as an individual salesperson and as a leader within an outbound sales organization
  • A deep understanding of Mid Market and/or Corporate B2B SaaS sales solutions
  • A developed point of view on how Artificial Intelligence can level up our ability to deliver excellent outcomes
  • Demonstrated passion for hiring, developing and coaching top sales talent

  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic account plans
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills and analytical acumen

Responsibilities

  • Meet (and exceed) revenue, operational, and strategic goals as well as foster the professional growth, development, and success of your team members
  • Invest time into coaching and mentoring direct reports on a daily basis to achieve stated goals and quotas
  • Leverage data to uncover coaching and business opportunities, and enhance workflow processes and work with various cross-functional teams and tools
  • Measure and monitor prospecting, opportunity management and closing deals alongside your team
  • Drive the team’s pipeline generation efforts individually and in alignment with the Sales Development team to ensure proper pipeline coverage
  • Accomplish all of the above with cutting edge AI strategies
