Currently in eight cities across the country, we are positioning ourselves for future growth and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager of Corporate Partnerships to join the National Team. The Manager of Corporate Partnerships is a key strategic leader responsible for the full lifecycle of corporate partner engagementfrom acquisition through onboarding, renewal, and long-term stewardship. This role serves as the Lead Account Manager for the majority of GWCs corporate partner portfolio and plays a central role in cross-functional alignment between Business Development, Program, External Affairs, and National Corporate Partnership team. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder, a strong operational leader, a trusted advisor to corporate stakeholders, and with a comfort in business development conversations. This position requires exceptional communication, project management, and data stewardship skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership leadership
  • Demonstrated success in managing strategic client accounts or corporate relationships
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations
  • Salesforce proficiency strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with consultative sales, business development, or a client-facing role with a revenue or growth component preferred
  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • High emotional intelligence, strong relationship-management skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned corporate partners, driving engagement, renewal, and growth.
  • Lead partnership check-ins, onboarding sessions, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
  • Develop strategic plans for each partner to support longevity, alignment, and deeper engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on key accounts and opportunities.
  • Manage the acquisition-to-onboarding transition, ensuring a seamless handoff to Program and Internship Operations.
  • Track job commitments and partner health indicators in collaboration with Program leadership.
  • Maintain full documentation of partner relationships, including MSAs, SOWs, billing, schedules, and supervisor information.
  • Work closely with Program leadership to ensure alignment on intern performance, supervisor relationships, and workplace engagement.
  • Partner with External Affairs on stewardship touchpoints, marketing materials, and corporate engagement events.
  • Coordinate with National Shared Services and finance teams on invoicing, billing accuracy, and purchase order requirements.
  • Own Salesforce data integrity for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate notes, documentation, job entries, and revenue forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain reports reflecting partner activity, revenue projections, and engagement metrics.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and support continuous improvement efforts across BD and Program.
  • Meet annual renewal targets and partnership KPIs established by the Senior Director of Business Development.
  • Drive year-over-year internship growth by expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor partner capacity, demand signals, and internship placement pacing to support organizational planning.
