About The Position

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will have a working knowledge and experience with sport and entertainment sponsorships and executing sponsor activations and programs. The candidate will contribute to the overall service of corporate sponsorships for the New England Patriots, New England Revolution, Gillette Stadium, and Patriot Place.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sponsorship account work
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Previous sport sponsorship account management experience required
  • Outstanding writing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong PowerPoint and Photoshop skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result oriented
  • Self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • In coordination with the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships, manage the growth and strategy of the Corporate Partnerships team by adding resources to our partnership management tools and enhancing our on-boarding of new partners to the organization
  • Manage members of the Corporate Partnerships team with the objective of maximizing performance and productivity, including, providing coaching, development, scheduling, work assignments and performance evaluations
  • Provide guidance and support to identified members of the Corporate Partnerships team including project management, setting guidelines, and meeting expectations aligned with current department standards.
  • Responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate partners.
  • Develop and implement effective new strategies for servicing corporate partners.
  • Successfully manage the department’s presentation process including Corporate Sales proposals and partner recaps, accomplishing objectives of meeting deadlines and producing high-quality presentations.
  • Work closely with Corporate Sales, VIP Services, and Sales Operations to ensure partners’ objectives are met.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA
