About The Position

The Strategic Planning & Corporate Development function is responsible for developing and implementing the firm wide business strategy. This includes development and review of growth and diversification, and financial business plans (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures). The function aligns objectives with human capital and financial resources.
