Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or large-scale global management consulting

Responsibilities

  • Monitor restoration industry trends, acquisition activity, and market opportunities
  • Identify high-potential markets and services for add-on and platform acquisitions
  • Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuations to guide M&A and strategic investments
  • Prepare executive-level materials, including board reports, portfolio analysis, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead and support the Corporate Development team, removing obstacles and driving performance
  • Manage strategic initiatives and acquisition integrations, ensuring alignment with company needs
  • Lead talent acquisition and team development for current and future roles
  • Willingness to travel 25-30%, including internationally (valid passport required)
