As a key member of Royal Caribbean Group’s Corporate Development team, the Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for helping to define, shape, and execute the company’s agenda for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, investments, and other major corporate strategic initiatives. The Manager will report directly to the Director of Corporate Development and work cross-functionally to generate and/or drive broad ranging strategic initiatives, evaluate organic growth opportunities and M&A, and lead the generation of analytically driven and actionable insights to influence activities across the company and brands. The Corporate Development Manager will be a self-starter and natural leader with excellent quantitative and verbal/communications skills. They will have the maturity and confidence to interface with company executives, and a humble self-aware personal style that enables him/her to lead cross-functional teams to consensus around solutions.
