The Gap Brand Communications team plays a critical role in bringing this transformation to life—connecting employees to our strategy, amplifying our product-first mindset, and ensuring a clear, consistent narrative across every touchpoint. We lead internal and executive communications, media relations, and employee experiences for headquarters employees, partnering closely with Marketing, Strategy, Investor Relations, Store Communications, and Global Corporate Affairs. We are seeking a creative, strategic, and high-impact communications professional to help translate Gap’s next chapter into compelling stories, meaningful employee experiences, and clear business communications. This role is based in New York City (TriBeCa) and reports to the Director of Communications, supporting the NYC headquarters with occasional engagement in San Francisco.
