In the role of Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a team of Senior Specialists responsible for the accurate and timely posting of Corporate Action entitlements to client accounts. The role includes but is not limited to ability to make decisions within area of responsibility, collaboration with colleagues across the organization to get things done, advocating a culture of continuous improvement, and being an access point for resolution of complex event issues as escalated by team members. You will also provide focus and guidance in establishing individual goals, driving performance, and supporting career development for your staff.
