The Core Business Systems Support team is part of the Enterprise Bank Operations organization. They work directly with specific business units and their applications, creating and maintaining accurate documentation, compiling and conducting appropriate testing, validating production implementation, and providing end-user support. As the Manager of Core Business Systems Support, you will lead a team of business analysts, partnering with business unit stakeholders and technical staff to identify business systems solutions for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. You will focus on the support of our Item Processing and Cash services systems and users. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives assigned by Bank Operations leadership. This role is hybrid (Mon through Thu on-site / Fri remote) at the UMB Technology & Operations Center located in downtown Kansas City, MO.
