Our Government Systems group in Boulder, CO is seeking a Program Controls & Contracts Manager to be responsible for managing the business and contractual operations of government-funded programs. This role works closely with Program Managers, Contracts, Finance, and Business Development teams to ensure alignment between contract obligations, financial performance, and program execution. The Program Controls & Contracts Manager oversees program contract administration support, financial management, and proposal pricing activities. This position ensures that programs operate within contractual requirements, financial constraints, and organizational policies while supporting successful proposal development and future business opportunities.
