The Advanced Products & Solutions Business Unit (SBU) is offering a dynamic opportunity for a Manager, Contracts within the EOIR Solutions program area. We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and lead the Air Force contracts within the EOIR Solutions portfolio. The EOIRS Air Force portfolio is focused on the development, production, and technical assistance of Multi-Spectral Targeting Systems (MTS). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the initial assessment of business pursuits, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract management, and extensive customer engagement. These responsibilities ensure proper contract acquisition and the fulfillment of contract requirements in alignment with company policies, legal standards, and customer specifications. This role will be an integral part of the business teams, supporting strategic solutions, and providing dynamic recommendations for proposal, negotiation, and execution issues. The candidate should be an effective communicator, highly motivated, and well-organized who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
