At Collins Aerospace, contracts are more than compliance documents — they are strategic tools that shape risk, enable mission execution, and protect the long-term health of our business. As a Manager, Contracts supporting our Propulsion Systems portfolio, you will operate at the center of high-visibility U.S. Government programs, partnering directly with DoD customers, Navy and Air Force stakeholders, and major prime contractors. This role goes beyond administration; you will influence proposal strategy, structure complex contractual frameworks, and guide leadership through nuanced FAR Part 15 risk decisions that directly impact program success and operational performance. You will serve as the primary contractual advisor across a portfolio of complex government programs — leading negotiations, shaping terms and conditions, and ensuring alignment between regulatory compliance, business objectives, and execution realities. Working cross-functionally with Program Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and senior leadership, you will proactively manage contractual risk, support high-value negotiations, and provide clear, confident guidance in a fast-paced defense environment. This is an opportunity for a seasoned contracts professional to own decisions, mentor others, and play a meaningful role in delivering mission-critical propulsion solutions to the warfighter.
