Requirements

  • 7+ years in contract management, contract drafting or structuring, negotiations, or legal operations
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms, business models, and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple complex contracts simultaneously
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time domestically

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with contracting and redlining across multiple product categories, including capital equipment, service, and digital solutions preferred
  • Familiarity with digital, software, data, and/or IT contracting preferred
  • Familiarity with building digitally enabled workflows (CLM) preferred
  • MBA or JD preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing contract intake, drafting, revisions, negotiation support, and execution.
  • Coordinating redlines and legal reviews; ensuring policy and pricing compliance.
  • Supporting assembly of complete contract packages that are accurate, timely, and aligned to approved deal strategy and pricing inputs.
  • Supporting the maintenance of the OTTAVA contract database and ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
  • Partnering with Finance, Legal, and Pricing Ops to resolve issues and facilitate internal approvals
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders in MedTech Surgery, Polyphonic, and Enterprise teams to identify compliant and implementable contracting solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Supporting identification and execution of initiatives to optimize systems, processes, and controls to track and manage the contracting process and reduce cycle times (i.e., digitally enabled workflows, template standardization)
