Candescent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Content Strategy & Copy to support the Chief Product Officer and leadership team in shaping the voice, tone, and content strategy across our product and brand ecosystem. We’re building a world-class design and content organization under our Chief Design Officer—a leader known for creating cross-functional design ecosystems at Mastercard and Sapient. This role is foundational to that vision. As the Manager, Content Strategy & Copy, you’ll lead both strategy and execution, crafting the words that make our products feel intuitive, human, and distinctly Candescent. You’ll define scalable systems, mentor emerging talent, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure every message—from product interfaces to onboarding journeys and brand storytelling—is purposeful and cohesive.
