To help our teams work together, you will be located in the United States of America. Your future team Sales Development Representatives are focused on helping customers be successful in their Atlassian cloud Journey. As a Content Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for the sales plays and campaigns of the SDR organization. You will be an individual contributor with the strategic goal to run effective campaigns that exceed revenue expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software company with Sales Analytics, Sales Effectiveness, Product Marketing, or Marketing Analytics roles.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience working on cross-team projects, engaging with Sales, Product, Support and other team

Responsibilities

• Align content with sales goals, product positioning, and buyer personas.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create content for specific campaigns & sequence strategies.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from content performance and sales reps to refine content and messaging.
• Leverage customer research, persona insights, and performance data to optimize content effectiveness.
• Define success metrics, analyze performance, and continuously refine content strategy to maximize campaign ROI
