The Construction Manager is responsible for leading the safe and successful execution of capital construction projects, with a focus on oil and gas facilities, pump stations, compressor stations, and related infrastructure. This role ensures constructability in project development, oversees construction execution through mechanical completion and turnover, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, project requirements, schedule, budget, and up to quality expectations. This position provides field leadership to 3rd party company representatives across multiple active projects. The Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating daily construction activities, managing contractor performance, supporting quality assurance and commissioning efforts, and driving accountability for safety, cost, schedule, and execution outcomes. This role also serves as a key communication link between engineering, operations, project management, contractors, and other project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proven construction leader with extensive oil and gas facility experience, a strong safety-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple contractors and projects simultaneously. Success in this role requires excellent communication, strong field leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders while driving projects to successful completion.
