About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic HR leader to shape and elevate our total rewards and mobility programs across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. In this role, you’ll drive benefits strategies, lead compensation cycles, oversee mobility programs, and guide a high‑performing team — all while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional employee experience.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in benefits and compensation with Americas regional scope; mobility experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success leading annual compensation cycles and benefits renewals at scale.
  • Strong vendor management and deep knowledge of benefit plan governance and budget oversight.
  • Familiarity with immigration and relocation frameworks.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS/Comp modules (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Americas total rewards strategy and annual operating rhythm, including benchmarking, budget modeling, governance, and communications.
  • Own regional benefits strategy across medical, retirement, wellbeing, leaves, life/disability, and more. Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and plan design for ~1,400 U.S. employees and a ~$25M benefits budget.
  • Drive compensation cycles, including market pricing, salary structures, pay equity, STI/LTI administration, job architecture, offers, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee domestic and international mobility, including relocations, transfers, and immigration/work authorization in partnership with external advisors.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of 4–5 total rewards professionals across compensation, benefits, and mobility.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S., Canada, and LATAM regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, IRS, DOL, provincial/state requirements).
  • Advance analytics, reporting, and plan optimization to improve employee experience and cost effectiveness.
  • Lead harmonization initiatives for benefits, leave of absence, and time‑off programs across the Americas.

Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is $128,400 - $160,500.00.
