About The Position

Ansell is looking for a Compensation, Analytics & Processes Manager to join their team. This role leads compensation delivery across the Americas while driving global Total Rewards analytics, process, and policy optimization. It partners with HRBPs to ensure consistent, strategic application of compensation programs and provides data-driven insights to support business decisions. The position also oversees the standardization of processes and owns the Total Rewards SharePoint platform, ensuring centralized access to tools, policies, and documentation globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in multinational environments
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry)
  • Regional compensation experience (Americas preferred)
  • Exposure to global compensation programs and processes
  • Strong expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, and incentive design
  • Advanced analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, HRIS, reporting tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle)
  • Experience supporting annual compensation and performance cycles
  • Solid understanding of pay equity and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, matrixed environments
  • Experience supporting career architecture initiatives
  • Exposure to pay transparency and regulatory readiness
  • Global mindset with sensitivity to regional differences
  • Continuous improvement focus with scalable solutions mindset
  • Strong consultative, influencing, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex compensation topics into clear, practical insights

Responsibilities

  • Serve as key compensation partner for the Americas; advise on base pay, incentives, and job leveling
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using external surveys (e.g., Mercer, WTW)
  • Perform pay equity, internal alignment, and competitiveness assessments
  • Support compensation planning: salary changes, promotions, offers, retention, off-cycle actions
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal governance
  • Partner with HRBPs to guide leaders on compensation decisions and trends
  • Support global merit and bonus cycles, including calibration, budget modeling, and scenario analysis
  • Implement global compensation frameworks; drive harmonization across regions
  • Prepare executive-level materials and analytics for decision-making
  • Participate in global projects: incentive design, pay transparency, mobility, rewards initiatives
  • Develop compensation analytics, dashboards, and insights (equity, competitiveness, compression, range utilization)
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for HR and business leaders
  • Maintain compensation data integrity and governance; enhance analytics tools and reporting efficiency
  • Support career architecture frameworks (job families, levels, career paths, progression)
  • Partner with HR and Talent teams to align career frameworks with compensation and market benchmarks
  • Collaborate with HRIS on system setup, testing, and validation of compensation processes
  • Support system enhancements and act as SME for compensation within HR systems
