Sollis Health is seeking a Manager, Commercial Strategy and Insights to serve as a core strategic partner to the CCO and commercial leadership team. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, member experience, and cross-functional execution, translating data and qualitative insights into decisions that drive membership growth, engagement, retention, and advocacy. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with commercial instincts and a bias toward action. You’ll turn data into insights, insights into strategy, and strategy into measurable business impact. The ideal candidate brings a management consulting foundation, sharp executive communication skills, and the operational instincts to move projects from framing through completion in a fast-paced, high-standards environment. This is a hybrid role out of our NY-HQ office.
