We are seeking a Sales Manager, Commercial to lead a team of Account Executives & Account Managers responsible for bringing fal.ai’s generative media infrastructure and AI inference platform to fast-growing companies, developers, startups, and enterprises building AI-powered products. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with strong operational discipline, excellent coaching instincts, and the ability to help a team sell highly technical products into product, engineering, AI, and business stakeholders. This person should be excited by the speed of the AI market, comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment, and capable of driving repeatable revenue growth while continuously developing their team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Commercial Account Executives & Account Managers focused on generating pipeline, closing new business, expanding strategic customer relationships, and achieving individual and team quotas. This is a full-time position based in San Francisco, CA.
