About The Position

The Manager, Commercial Programs, supports the management and optimization of commercial programs that contribute to enterprise‑wide business outcomes. This role manages program needs, maintains vendor relationships, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives. The Manager oversees day‑to-day program activities and contributes to enhancements that improve program effectiveness and commercial performance. The Manager works with cross‑functional teams, HQ partners, and Continent stakeholders to ensure commercial programs follow established frameworks and best practices. The role monitors program usage and performance metrics, conducts routine audits, and develops resources that support program adoption and strong results. The Manager provides insights and recommendations to improve program performance and may coordinate project work or provide guidance to junior team members as needed.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major and 4+ years’ relevant experience in commercial programs or related professional area.

  • Revenue strategy experience and knowledge of revenue management systems (HPP, Amadeus CRS, MARSHA)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize commercial programs to support enterprise, partner and continent goals
  • Support governance frameworks to ensure strategic integrity, regulatory compliance, and program effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with performance expectations and business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align program performance with KPIs and critical objectives
  • Continuously assess program effectiveness, making program enhancements and updates as needed to drive results
  • Perform regular audits and reviews of commercial programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Drive program adoption and use
  • Track usage and results metrics
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
  • Implement new programs to drive commercial performance
  • Review revenue strategy setup for program and troubleshooting
