About The Position

This position is based in Summerlin, Nevada. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and executive exposure. As the Commercial Programs Intern you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience supporting our commercial strategy analytics team. In this role, you will work with our team to contribute to the overarching Go-To-Market program which interacts with all groups under Commercial strategy. The internship lasts 10 weeks and will start in early June and end in Mid-August. Candidates will be required to prepare and submit a project report at the end of the 10 weeks. The internship offers a flat per hour stipend capped at 40 hours per week and does not offer any other benefits or allowances. Candidates will be required to arrange their own housing and transport.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or something similar, entering a Junior or Senior Year
  • Must be 21 years of age by June 1, 2026
  • Experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Interest in understanding the land-based gaming industry
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Introductory experience with any data tools, including SQL, Tableau, or Power B

Responsibilities

  • Support the understanding and maintenance of the product roadmap, helping track key milestones, timelines, and launch dependencies across the portfolio.
  • Proactively align planning activities to support new product launches, assisting with go-to-market readiness, coordination, and execution.
  • Facilitate weekly product launch meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting discussions, tracking action items, and following up with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the gaming business, including product, sales, marketing, analytics, and operations, to support commercial strategy initiatives.
  • Provide regular status updates on launch progress, consolidating inputs from multiple teams and maintaining clear, organized launch documentation and trackers.
  • Identify potential risks, gaps, or dependencies in launch plans, escalating issues and proposing solutions to help ensure successful go-to-market execution.
