This is a summer internship, expected to last approximately May to August. In this role, the intern will provide operational, administrative, and marketing support to the Internal Sales team, with a strong focus on data integrity, partner engagement, and process coordination. Interns will gain hands-on experience updating Salesforce records, supporting referral and campaign tracking, coordinating partner event logistics, and assisting with ongoing internal sales operations. This opportunity is ideal for students studying business, finance, or marketing who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a remote internship opportunity. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the hourly rate for this position is $21 per hour.

Requirements

  • Preferably Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing
  • Preferably students between their junior and senior years
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and adaptable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities

  • Provide backup support to the internal sales support team during summer hours and other instances as needed.
  • Routing requests to the appropriate Regional Vice President and internal sales team members for timely resolution.
  • Updating and managing stale lead pipeline with occasional outreach to clients or referring partners using email templates
  • Coordinate with team in ordering various breakfast/lunch for meetings and events
  • Assist with gift ordering for partners, including expense tracking and confirming delivery
  • Print and ship from UPS/FedEx for the client data-gathering process and other one-off requests
  • Assist in monitoring data and records in salesforce to ensure accuracy
  • Support special projects related to partner programs and referral initiatives.
  • Help document workflows and create process guides for internal use.
  • Supporting reporting or simple data analysis.
