About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business planning, performance management, or business analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
• Experience implementing or managing goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs, KPIs, or Balanced Scorecard.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly planning frameworks, translating organizational strategy into measurable KPIs and structured performance goals.
• Lead goal-setting workshops with business unit leaders to establish aligned, data-driven objectives following OKR/KPI methodologies.
• Monitor performance against targets by conducting variance analysis and highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into performance metrics and operational efficiency.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to automate reporting and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
• Deliver actionable insights and scenario analyses that support senior leadership in strategic and operational decision-making.
• Prepare and present performance review materials for leadership meetings, enabling clear communication of progress and gaps.
• Improve planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes to strengthen organizational performance management capabilities.
