About The Position

This role supports YPrime’s Commercial team by assisting with all aspects of the proposal process for eCOA and IRT solutions. The individual will own assigned proposals and RFP responses end‑to‑end, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to review clinical protocols, capture solution scope, and ensure proposals accurately reflect client needs. The role requires managing multiple requests simultaneously, maintaining and improving proposal content and templates, conducting sponsor demonstrations as needed, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve proposal quality, efficiency, and supporting processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years in clinical trial operations or commercial support with a focus on eCOA, IRT, or related clinical trial technology
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in supporting, leading, or developing proposals and responses to RFP/RFR/RFI requests
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience reading and interpreting clinical protocols

Responsibilities

  • Supports all aspects of YPrime’s proposal process
  • Serve as owner for assigned proposals, including subsequent revisions
  • Provide expert protocol (and supporting document) review; capture project details within the pricing tool to ensure solution scope matches the customer’s expectations
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure that client requests are appropriately addressed in all proposals
  • Incorporates review comments and prepares final proposal and/or RFP
  • Edit for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and consistent voice, as well as make swift decisions without compromising integrity or timelines
  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously
  • Maintain, continuously update, and improve all internal and client-specific proposal content and templates
  • Utilize YPrime technology to capture objective evidence, screenshots, or technical mockups to strengthen the proposal content
  • As needed, write clear, compelling, and compliant RFI and RFP responses by translating clinical protocol details within the proposal
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement related to proposal generation and supporting processes.
  • Identify items that are behind schedule and barriers to progress, and plan and implement effective and efficient problem-solving and corrective action plans
  • As a team member within the commercial technology solutions team, provide and assist with supporting the commercial team with the use of YPrime technology, as required
  • Provide support to Technology solutions by performing sponsor demonstrations, as required
  • Perform other related duties as required
