The Manager of Commercial Operations is the unifying force across the Phare Commercial team through ownership and support of the systems, processes, and insights that enable our go‑to‑market success. This role spans sales administration, marketing operations, reporting, process optimization, and cross‑functional coordination across both Phare and the broader R1 organization. In this role you will anticipate needs and fill the gaps to help build and scale a high‑performing Commercial organization at the forefront of AI in healthcare. To thrive in this role, you must be impeccably organized, operate proactively across a broad scope of responsibilities, quickly assess needs and take action, and adapt to evolving priorities. This NYC‑based hybrid role includes 2–3 days per week onsite in our Soho office. In‑person collaboration enables deeper partnership with cross‑functional leaders, greater exposure to strategic initiatives, and the opportunity to influence outcomes in real time.
