Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong expertise in sales reporting, analytics, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Advanced Salesforce experience with administrator certification and report/dashboard creation skills.
  • Proven ability to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
  • Experience mentoring or managing team members.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with ability to work independently and think critically.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational partner to senior commercial leadership, driving priorities and execution of key initiatives.
  • Own reporting, analytics, and forecasting for sales operations, including pipeline, performance dashboards, territory, and account management.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators to define reporting requirements, ensure data accuracy, and maintain consistent operating cadence.
  • Drive adoption of commercial tools and processes, including training, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support sales enablement efforts and oversee commercial systems, including compensation plan administration and new platform implementations.
  • Prepare executive-ready insights and reporting for C-suite and Board members.
