Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in accredited college of Pharmacy.
- Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License.
- 2 years Pharmacy experience in applicable area.
Nice To Haves
- PharmD in Pharmacy.
- 1 year Management experience.
