The Manager, Clinical Engagement and Quality Initiatives leads network-wide initiatives to improve clinician and staff experience with the EHR and digital workflows across participating CHCs. This role serves as HCN’s program lead for the KLAS ARCH Collaborative, translating survey insights into measurable improvement plans at both the health center and network levels. The Manager partners cross-functionally with Clinical Quality, EHR/Epic teams, Training, Analytics/BI, and Operations to improve EHR satisfaction, usability, optimization, and clinician efficiency.
